If we're not the right people to help you, we won't waste your time but will help you find a better fit.
WE TRY OUR BEST TO FAIL
We'd rather prototype, test, break and rethink ideas over and over before launching into another pilot or implementing something that isn't going to work.
WE DON'T DO CHANGE MANAGEMENT OR LEAN
Not in one particular way, at least. We aren't tied to any specific models or methods and will co-create a custom solution with you and whomever else needs to be involved.
WE MIGHT DECIDE TO NOT WORK WITH YOU
At least, not without checking whether other people agree that's the issue.
The AHS Design Lab team uses design thinking as a core foundation. That means we tap into abilities and viewpoints that are often overlooked by more conventional problem-solving practices.
We recognize patterns to help groups come up with creative ideas that are meaningful and focused on the end user.
